2. No Upfront Refunds
Given the nature of our services, which involve substantial planning, consulting, and execution, we do not offer upfront refunds once the contract is signed and work has commenced.
3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Service Delivery Failure: If Servicxy is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues, a partial or full refund may be granted.
Major Delays: If there are significant delays in service delivery that are solely due to Servicxy's negligence, the client may be eligible for a partial refund.
Contract Termination: If the contract is terminated by Servicxy for reasons other than client-related issues, a refund may be considered based on the extent of work completed.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
Consult with Your Servicxy Representative: Contact your dedicated consultant to discuss the issue and explore potential solutions.
Submit a Written Request: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a written request for a refund, including a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
Review and Decision: Servicxy will review your request within 7-14 business days and determine eligibility based on the contract terms and the circumstances outlined in your request.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not granted in the following situations:
Client-Induced Delays: If delays or issues are caused by the client, no refund will be issued.
Change of Mind: If a client decides to terminate the contract for reasons not related to Servicxy's performance, no refund will be provided.
Completed Services: If the services have been completed and delivered as per the contract, no refund will be granted.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of a disagreement regarding the refund, clients are encouraged to seek mediation or arbitration as outlined in the service contract. Servicxy is committed to resolving disputes amicably and professionally.
